Looks like the Glencoe road

Looks like great weather, it pissed down while I was there !!

Was there 18 months ago and it was fantastic too. Great roads, great scenery.

stunning, i must get myself there early next year. Slight thread hi-jack but when do the midges become an issue? Assume there are not so bad in colder weather :nenau

Where were they shot

Hi All

Thanks for your comments ............

GC and Big Nick got it right its along the A82 towards Glencoe and above.I was very lucky with the weather.

And the Commando Memorial Near Spean Bridge, Near Fort William.

Not a midge expert , and if im honest I have never really found them a problem when biking .........just keep moving and stay away from bushes and rivers

Have fun Bigboy

Cheers BigBoy... it's definitely on my list for next year... as Billy Connolly said, I've been all over the world but never been to Scotland... I'll correct that next year!!

Come here in late May early June, the midgies (usually) haven’t appeared and the weather is (usually) pretty decent.

Play the weather game

Thanks all

One thing I try and do is "Play the weather game" .......... Being flexiable with your holidays and checking out the weather a few days before generally has worked for me.

A days travelling to get to the West Coast, get a B&B for the night and ride all the next day in the Sun; in Gods great country. :clap:clap:clap
