Calm down everbody, its fitted on my pogo. :D

Its running flat out all the time like its in the prime position. I have checked all the connections and everything seems fine but even though its adjusted to the min setting it has half emptied a reservoir in about 50 miles off road today. :eek

Anybody got a clue ?

It sounds like the diaphragm's phuked; assuming, of course, that you're using the correct grade of Scottoil for the summer.

E-mail Scottoiler and describe the problem. In my experience, their customer service is second to none.

Was it second hand? If it's been taken apart it is possible to put it back together with the adjuster cap clicked onto the splines in the wrong orientation :thumb

Well if you sell yourself then everything will be second hand and should all match up :D

Hi, used to sell these at a Jap dealership I used to work at.

If you let ANY dirt get into the reservoir, bits of grit etc, it jams open and promptly dumps oil everywhere. It may need taking apart and cleaning very carefully and putting back together equally carefully, no parts required. This used to work 9/10 for our workshop.
