These rascals:
One of mine fell out yesterday. Replacement parts (Bolt, bush and "nut") cost £10.
The replacement bolt is longer than the original and newer bikes seem to have another nut on the end of the bolt.
So I put a stainless nyloc nut on the end of the bolt....
....just enough to "loc".
This doesn't stop you adjusting the screen, but should stop £10 worth of parts bouncing down the outside lane of the motorway....again.
The existing and smaller old bolt on the other side still has enough thread to do the same.
Hope you can see what I mean from the picture.
