Just to let you know, if anyone lost a star head screw (length as yet unknown) between Banbridge and Lisburn, I found it! :blast

timing is everything

I found one in the front wheel of the car the other day.....

right after I left the NCT!!!

Similar thing 2 days ago. Not sure if it was a nail or a screw - couldn't get it out so I pushed it all the way in before plugging it :D
It's done nearly 1000km since so I reckon no harm done. The tyre's fooked anyway & I'll need something with a bit of thread when I get home ;)

At least it's getting you home before disintegrating this time. :augie

Must be something in the air.....

Found one of those in the wife's rear offside yesterday.

"Don't worry dear, it's no more than a fiver" I said as I offered to get it fixed.

Cost me a tenner..... Obviously it's been a while since I paid or a repair!

The guy who spotted the screw in mine had said £5 but he had just taken in the wheel when getting his done. Tenner on the bike, a fiver off. Possibly. :nenau
