Yep that would do it,although they might know where you live once you let them have that sucker,i find dealing with them away from my house gives me a better nights sleep and quality of life.....

Letting the dogs deal with them is always good. If you happen to be at home, it can even be a spectator sport as a friend of mine found out when his dog discovered an uninvited guest borrowing tools from his garage.

To be fair to the Gardai, they played a blinder when our neighbours were done over before Christmas, even got the helicopter out. Unfortunately the perps got away. Same crew was responsible for a string of burglaries from Monahan to Ashbourne they said. They had cars in the locality actively looking for these guys but it just wasn't their day to catch them.

the garda response around laois kilkenny has been dreadful last few months, dont think all areas are like that just when there are so many break ins around the areea they would pounce on any tip off or lead to catch them nto ignore it

I don't think the guardi are just not responding to calls in the way you are saying. Most guards are itching to ger going but at the moment they have one hand tied behind their backs. It's only going to get worse and the crims know it JJH
