The outer zip on my expensive Hein Gericke Cruise jacket (well it cost me £50 on here but was over £300 new) broke after the lining snagged and I was a little aggressive trying to release it.
Yvette had one of her team replace the 60cm zip for the cost of £40 - seems good value to me, as a replacement jacket would be 5 times that price at least.
I doubt Yvette & her co-workers would be able to do specialised repairs of waterproof liners or leather items but they are great for replacing zips, repairing pockets and altering fabric items like Draggin jeans.
