Seat adjustment

I see that the seat could be adjusted to high at front and low at rear or visa versa. Has anyone found this to work.
I'm on high setting but find I'm sliding to the front of the seat.

Yep, I run mine in the high position at the front/ low at the rear. It eliminates any sliding.

I have mine on 'high front' and 'low rear' and the sliding forward has stopped.
