Throttle cables adjustment

I've balanced my throttle body's on my r1150gs and it's all fine but the RH cable adjustment screw with the locknut is much higher than the LH side ......why should this be?

Because the inners and or outers are differnt lengths?
Are the / is the throttle ballence even through the range and in spec? Yes, next step.
Anything obviously wrong? Yes - fix and resolve. No - next step
Does it idle and at various throttle openins sound even and good? No, go through process again, Yes, go for a Maintenance Test Ride.

Yes all is balanced, idles ok.....no issues apart from right side being 6mm higher.
