Having replaced the entire clutch after a friction plate ate itself, I am now experiencing, an unknown to me phenomenon of the adjustment coming and going of its own volition! Yes, from cold the clutch lever is free and at the length of its travel + 2mm, ride along for a while and the lever then loses it adjustment to an extent that the 2 mm free play becomes a lot more almost the the grip while changing gear. So, WTF is happening? Anyone with any suggestions as to a cure, Cables fine, all the bits went back in it the right order, new springs etc, I'm stumped! As usual all suggestions appreciated. HELP PLEASE!
