Hi all
Just something to look out for on the seat clamp the 2 ears that sit over the rod in the seat are only tack welded in 2 places and on mine one of these Mig tacks had not fused too the ear.
On releasing the seat on the weekend only one ear released as the other was still clamped over the seat rod and therefore the seat was only released on one side.
After an hour of giggery-pokery and a long electricians screwdriver I manged to release the other arm.
I took the offending clamp into work and fully welded both ears to the rod.
So it may be a precaution to just give it the once over.
