Any of the collective here know if the seat fitment is the same between the GS and GSA .
After four 1150s ive finally caved in and have a lot of learning to do 🤣

Ive just bagged myself a very nice 2011GS and thinking the extra height of the GSA seat would be helpful to this lanky feckers knees 😁😁

If you get near Northampton you are quite welcome to try my adventure seat if it helps make up your mind. Btw I find mine (standard adventure) and the Sargent seats more comfortable with the front high and back low. 6'4" rider.

Cheers Fella
It has a sargent seat on it standard height and its very comfy ill have to try a few long runs and see how it is , but knowing they fit gives me options 😎😎🍻

Keep the Sargent, far far better than stock

If you can find yourself a Russell Day Long seat it will give you a bit of height.

Expensive seat. I got one on a second bike I bought and I like it so much I’m seriously considering lowering the bike to fit to the seat. I also have the Sargent which fits me fine but Russell Day Long is a different league.

a Sargent seat forces you to ride like a Harley - slow and boring

the std seat is hideously uncomfortable, the adventure seat is OK for an hour, and at least you can ride the bike like properly - chucking it about like a motocross bike and go three times faster than when using a Sargent seat
