You'd think a scouser could get into anywhere wouldn't you ? :(

Selling my nice R100RS but when I closed the seat down...the lock now won't release to open the seat up...is there a trick to opening the seat another way:confused: Small metal button has no pressure so before I attack the bike with a grinder ( just kidding ) anyone else had this problem ?

:beerjug:

I've seen this problem, but can't remember if it was my 90S or a friend's 100T. We used a long screwdriver to slacken the two pozi screws that hold the seat lock on to the frame, and waggled it while pressing the button. The seat then sprung out.

Good luck!

Nice one...I'll have a bash at this on Thursday :thumb2

Robs are always in pieces !! :augie:D

I like my airheads.....

My gs's are both fine I was out on the pd at the weekend. It's my 100/7 that's got the worn final drive and a cracked rear drum. With 220k on it though it's had a good innings
