Anybody know a good seat coverererererer just pigging ripped my back one:blast

Am in Milton Keynes:beerjug:

I've been looking for a ripped/damaged rear seat for ages.

Any colour - but your colour is the least favourable! :augie

If you wanna buy a new one I'll offset your expenses by a few quid & buy your ripped, worthless seat :augie from you at the right price.

Just keep thinking..I WANT A BRAND NEW REAR SEAT....I WANT A BRAND NEW REAR SEAT....I WANT A BRAND NEW REAR SEAT.

Red 'n black!

Oh, don't want it! :D

Thanks anyway for prompting a repost of my old thread. :thumb2

btw, blew a bulb a few months ago & got a puncture today.
Yup, damn build quality!

(currently using a black front with a grey front & rear sitting in the loft)

I've got the same problem, someone slashed my rear seat while parked in a London bike bay earlier this year.

I found a place in Luton that can recover seats, but they can't match the BMW material. The only option is to have both seats recovered - which comes to £120 or the same price as a new seat! Not only that but the guy said he could not fasten stainless steel staples into the seat so would have to use ordinary (rust-prone) ones. His solution to that was to cover them in nail laquer, not the most durable finish I feel.

Seats do come up on eBay, but not very often and the bidding is keen.

May have to get another seat or have a go myself, thanks for advice anyway.

seat recoverer

You have a pretty smart Upholsterer in MK.goes by the name of mark test, contact him on 07850623060.I am not sure if he can repair your seat, but he is blissfully unaware of bmw pricing, so you might just get this sorted with change from £50 or £60 sovs. Paintman.

i can get the back seat done for about £40 but you would have to post it to me.
