I splashed out on a new Touratech seat. Bloody thing didn't fit soooo....sent it back and then bought a Wunderlich seat as the outlet is not far from Sylvester H/Q. Fitted a treat but it really is a pain in the arse. Its like a plank, 45mins is enough for my delicate touché to turn numb. So does anyone know a place in the UK I can get my old seat recovered properly? I have tried several seat covers off the net and they have all been shite. I will be visiting the folks later this month for a week thought I might find someone to turn it round for me in that time frame.

Seat

Motorcycle seat UK just Google had mine done with gel pads front and rear . improved to perfection, very helpful and fast turn round 5 days. Tried a few others in the past but this is the best!!

Seat

It should be motorbike seats UK based near Coventry. Good luck

Motorcycle seat in Coventry + 2 had my Blackbird and Z1000 seats done there, too service and great work. Melboy knows his stuff.

Thanks again. The touratech was a nightmare. The bike is standard but you could hear the fibreglass base cracking if I forced it on. I left the forward seat beak off just top try and it was much higher than standard, not even close to a proper fit. Who the F%^ck fits these? For the record the Wunderlich was on in 3 mins it took to transfer the seat lock over. Sad the place is so close to my house as I can see a return visit on the cards. I wonder if I should try and "break it in"?

Hi

I would take it back immediately. The Germans have this weird idea that seats should be really hard. I test drove an Audi once. Lovely car but the seat was like sitting on a church pew.
