Seats

Hi All
Has anyone tried Top Saddlery of Coventry for seats and if so how do you find them for comfort. Thanks in advance.

Seats are very personal things - I found the low Sargent seat to be very uncomfortable

I have no problem with the stock seat.
For long journeys I use an Alaskan Sheepskin but otherwise it is fine.

+1 on that. I also found the lower seat wider at the front sides so made my legs push out further, Not what you wanted when you are buying a seat for a reason.

Over four different bikes I prefer Corbin (Cant believe I just typed that ) seats over Sargent.

Im sure its a very personal thing and my butt is Corbin sized/shaped.

Very true , mines standard , but have ridden a bike with a low seat and think that as its missing foam it will always be a compromise on comfort either way.

I really like the BMW Exclusive seats I bought for my GS. Had I put more thought into it I would have just bought the Triple Black that comes standard with them

If your ever near Newtown you can try mine if you want.. I love the Sargent standard seat.. the low one was horrendous
