Second hand prices

Hi,

As long as the test ride goes well i'm pretty sure im going to get the 1200gs.... What are second hand values like? Is it worth buying brand new? Would I loose alot of money straight away? Are there any second hand bike for sale?

Sorry about all the questions!
 
About £8k +/- a bit for the earliest bikes, more for newer from a dealer.
Cheaper s/hand obviously.
 
I realise second hand is cheaper but just wondering how much cheaper.... say a 6 month old bike v's a new bike. If the bike holds it value so well than for the sake of a couple of hundred quid would I be better off buying a new un'!?:confused:
 
Just to add, does anyone know someone who is parting with their 1200gs?;)
 
I will be shortly but need to sort out an advert and become a sponsor etc first.

- and no this isn't an attempt to by-pass the proper channels honest!
