security

I have...

....it certainly fits well...but can be overlooked sometimes when you forget it's there! :augie :blast

I never know how secure the u-bolt looks..it's certainly a lot lighter construction than my other loyal 20 year old Abus u-lock that I still use, which is sturdy, and reassuringly heavy.......but then I guess modern materials have advanced a lot in that time, and it has a respectable security level rating.

Definately worth having I'd say.....but then I like locks me, and I don't think you can have enough disc locks/chains/u-locks attached to your bike...one more is always a good thing. :thumb2

I have too and can second that. Mind you since my last bike got nicked I have bought about every lock under the sun and a gun.

"On the R1200GS it fits under the seat including the lock (if you've a toolkit and the seat's in the high position -in the low position, just leave out the toolkit - it's rubbish anyway!)"

Love it. :)

What type of lock is it? Hopefully not one of those cylindrical ones that can be undone with a Bic biro ...
