serial to USB connectors

help!!
urgently need a serial 9 pin female to USB connector....has anyone such a thing lying around they are willling to part with, or hints as to where such can be obtained???

(its for connecting a SP3 to a usb port on a PC, the garmin programmer has a serial plug!)

Radionics definately do them, but have a Google.

Be careful of buying second hand, as they require drivers which may not be available via tinternet.
