Following on from my other thread, i can now hear the micro switch clicking on and off (i have swapped with the clutch switch to make sure its not faulty) so when i pull the brake lever i can hear the click and when i let it go i can hear another click, but the servo continues to whine for maybe another 20 - 30 seconds, i have recently installed new discs and pads and cleaned the calipers with brake cleaner. My worry is that i brake and the brakes dont go off! Any ideas welcome please?

Looking in to this a bit more, it seems the lever is not returning all the way back straight away, the last bit of travel seems a bit slow? What forces the lever back? Do i need to bleed the brakes?

Thanks to Jono at ABW i think i have found out the problem, it looks like when i Changed the levers i lost the spring that goes over the rod that has the rubber dust cover over it, the one that goes into the master cylinder :blast

Anyone got a spring please? :D

When you find the missing parts would you take a photo of them. I have got servo brakes and on the rod going into the master cylinder I do not have a spring either.
