Any recomendations for a nice shed for me GS.
Metal or wood?
Just as long as its got room for a deckchair so i get some peace.
Any ideas about planning permission etc?
I wanted a 40ft container but SWMBO said it would spoil her view out the window.
I told her it wouldnt coz she could live in it, then the bike could come in the house.

Just keep in mind damp - good ventilation will stop things rusting:thumb

just give me a shout if any questions :thumb (planning permission not needed for this as it is a temporary structure)

Have a look here there is a sale on too http://www.waltons.co.uk unless the shed borders a public road there is generally no planning consent needed buy the thickest cladding you can afford at least 12mm but 19mm is better I lined mine on the inside with water resistant osb for greater stability and better security

I think Dan intends to sit in the deckchair inside his shed. :augie

Damn right.
It all started happening just after i turned 30.
Listening to radio 2, watching gardeners world on tv smoking a pipe (still waiting for touratat to make a pipe rack) riding a bmw.....
It will be lovely, settling down and getting comfy in the shed. A nice cardigan with leather patches on the elbows and big buttons, in beige or taupe.
Listening to the cricket or a nice play on radio 4.
Must stop now.
Thank you for all your help. :thumb
