Shock Absorber Rebuilding.

I would like rebuild a rear shock absorber on my r1200gs 2011. Never did that before. Does anybody have any experience to share or to direct to a good company/garage who can do a good job?

Mct or Firefox will do a rebuild for about £120. Many on here have used them the good effect.

K tech; have dealer's all over the place. I was quoted £100 for overhaul/service + £80 if I wanted new springs too.
