Shock absorbers for 97 1100GS

Just got back from the NEC and I thought it was a pretty good show

Anyway, checked out the Hagon shockers stand and was quite impressed with the quality. As my 1100 has done 56,000 on the original rear shock and is a little saggy, has anyone tried the Hagon?

I have a couple of options and would like some opinions please?

1) Have the standard one reconditioned. Anyone know who could do this and how much?
2) Replace with Hagon
3) Replace with Wilbers.

Any opinions, thoughts or advice much appreciated.

Wilbers on 1100

I replaced the shocks on my 1100 with Wilbers and am really happy with them, the handling was instantly improved and the shocks are set up to your weight etc in the factory so don't really need setting up (well I haven't anyway!). I got mine through everyaccessory and was very pleased with the service.

Definitely forget options 1 and 2. Not worth the time or effort. Guys at Horizons who rode Hondas in Africa were very unimpressed with quality of Hagon shocks, they may be OK for a little commuter bike but not up to it on big trailies.

Wilbers are excellent. Got them on my 1100 and transformed the bike. Quality equal to Ohlins and around 20% cheaper.
