Haha! The TA was bland in comparison - and its main downfall was the low power, but it did me for 7 years and 50k, never missed a beat, and had GREAT fuelling! I found it alot easier to throw around - most of my riding is commuting

I had the gsa for couple of years an loved it ive now got the 800 an im more than happy theres pros an cons for both, wind protection was better on the 1200
but with a better screen on my 800 i reckon it will be fine,anyhow whatever you decide enjoy
