I bought a similar shaped one from Bob Porecha many years ago and I fitted it to my 100/7. Not as stylish as yours but it kept the wind off me for eight or so years.

So how did you make it? Makralon? Heated with a hot air gun over a barrel?

I am currently talking to two Fiberglass Manufacture companies ,
one in the USA , One in Slovakia . I cant for the Life of me figure
why someone hasnt come up with a Decent "Enduro" style Fairing for
the R100GS .
The Basis of my FAiring is going to be something along the Lines of the
Desierto FAiring for the 1150 GS , except using the Std GS lamp.
One guy has already come up with a Dam good replacement fairing for the
F650 using that as a template .
I have a similar thread running over on Adv rider , and similar to here no responces..

I didnt .

Its some form of polycarbonate or other , we use this as a tempory replacement windows.
The primary function is to keep the rain out whilst replacement glass is found.

If you rein in yer horses , i am going to do my best to get something that actually suits the bike .

Heres a couple for you Phil
The first is a K100Rs and looks interesting and I wouldn't mind giving it a try myself.
The second is simply a K75C (I think) screen attached to an early Para fly screen.

Sorry, but I just hoped for an explanation, which wasn't forthcoming. With my R100RS-PD I replaced the standard screen with a SECDEM version which is still not right (for me). There is an American screen for the GS which I think looks right but is expensive.

My R80 g/s had the same as in Electric Monks second picture when I bought it. It was fairly effective until it lost an argument with the road.:blast

I have just made a new fairing for the 80g/s 100gs, it uses a 7.5 inch light, quad optic or bi oscar, and a proper dash board so you can replace the whole headlamp ass and idiot lights. it had to be done.

This is a bit like Flipflys Advert ,

Post a Picture or two , is it in keeping with the "Enduro " stylee of the Machine .

Right first of all get rid of all fikin gs fairins they keep the wind offi to some extent n tis a smoother ride but the noise is wank the best part of them is keepin the front end on the tarmac with high mud guard that acts like a sail, basically they are designed to ride off road and about 60mph on road so rid it and slow down babe:blagblah

stevie babe and long time love air head

Enduro Stylee

That looks almost as bad as the one i have one already.
I AM gonnie get one made that is suited to the bike.
Currently ,talking to two small fiberglass parts makers .{ one of which has extracted a few pounds off me }
One has promised me a drawing within the week..

Watch this space..
