Not at all. After a few miles, the new bike will be much livelier than the last bike, Hilltop/ full system, or not.
My money says it won't, a Mapped TC had much stronger torque curve then a stock WC. (I've been there and done it)

Your right it's lively ... But that flat spot is very evident at mid revs !!
I've ran it in like all my others... Not gently but not thrashed... Used the torque through all the gears and mix of rev range ... Used it on mix of roads.. Not just tanked up a motorway ..

Yep, mine had a flat spot when I got it. Not any more though!![]()
So hilltop worked ??
Definitely.
He's got the map for the E4 bikes already.
Thanks .. Last question .. Honest
With Akro headers and can ?
With my last bike Geoff said he would have got improvement just with can !!!

Usual rule for best running is headers before can; although it is much easier and sexier to change the can.
What are the figures the E4 bikes are making ?
Before and after graph nutty !
To give some comparison over hilltop TC and stock WC.

So a stock WC doesn't even make 100bhp?
Quite funny, when you have idiots like Engineer banging on about how underpowered the Africa Twin is,when his own piece of poo makes similar power !!
Bmw R1200GS LC power 125bhp @ the crank. Honda Africa Twin 94bhp @ the crank (Claimed)
Engine power outputs @ the crank and actual power @ the wheel are two different things.. The Africa Twin might only make 70hp at the wheel.
