Show us yer Triple Black GSA!!!

The only thing with painting/ powder coating the crashbars, is the hassle if you ever drop the bike. As they are, any scuffs will just sand out. I daren't get mine done, as I'll jinx myself!:D
I'm not really sure what finish or method would be the best to use.......... I'm just purely commenting on the colour scheme. I think the already fantastic looking TB Adventure would look even better with the bars and racks from the iconic.
A friend is taking delivery of one in January and he's in the process of collecting his farkles for it.
Myself being poor, has agreed to buy it from him when he's changing in a couple of years, needless to say I am being very supportive with his farkling!!

The finish on the black powder coated bars and racks on the Iconic is prone to chipping and the panniers rubbed off the coating when putting them on and taking them off. The BMW silver finish is much tougher.

I popped into Bahnstormer a few months ago, and asked them to put the luggage on, and take it off the Iconic GSA, to see how the powdercoat held up. Although it marked it, the powdercoat stayed on, but I did wonder how many times you could remove the luggage before it went through to the metal.

Say hello ... Wave goodbye

After 20,000 miles ... I've said goodbye to my TB ... And wow ... Really like my new TB :bounce1

Looking good Andy. But be careful as these babies are attracted to road filling ready mix if you're not careful. :thumb2

Finished running in

Clicked 500 miles today ... So ready for service on sat

Couple of things ...

Shift assist ... Not good going down the box , have to roll off completely and nurse it down with the throttle !!! And going up the box ... Very tight ( hurts my foot ) ... Is this normal ? Will it improve with more miles ??

Can't believe how poor the screen is compared to my old GSA ( 2013 ) ... I'm getting buffeted ... Screen options please ? And yes I've tried in all different positions .

Which side stand foot enlarger thingy do we recommend ?

Am I impressed ? Not really ...my old one was quicker/ pulled harder through the revs ... Again time will tell... And a visit to hilltop ..:thumb2

Not impressed ,wash your mouth out with soap and water,it's the most sorted GS ever according to some !

You miserable git surely after spending circa 15k on a bike you should be pleased as punch!

Oh well, if I must, I'll give you 8k for it. No need to thank me! If you could just ship it to Jersey for me foc.......
