Lovely looking bike that, however I can't help but wonder that the fuel tank appears a bit small.

Whats the expected range like between fill-ups ??

From forums I gather its about 120. 13 ish litres

To be honest I tend to stop on RT GSA etc every 80 to 100 now anyway so can live with that.

Its a bike to bimle or blast on, get off, admire, coffee, get on, repeat :)

My gorgeous springfield I have had since 2017, a great look ,ride and great feeling bike.

Amazing looking bike that

And it’s home; 1300 mile round trip to Poole and back, rode down and traded the K1600 so no longer a BMW owner. 11 hours and 630 mile ride home, needless to say the ride home was much more comfortable. Great service from Moorespeed if anyone is in the market.

Looks good. What engine is that ?

Interesting you say more comfortable than your K1600.
Yep no comparisons; on the ride down to get the bike (630 miles) on the K I was wearing Motoskivies gel shorts and had an Airhawk on the saddle, my ass was in tatters and I was squirming within an hour. My neck and shoulders ached too. The RM has a much more relaxed riding position, no aids for my arse and it was fine. I think the main difference with these bikes is you have room to move around, footboards mean you can stretch out and change position easily.
I just never gelled with the K. This is my 2nd RM I had a 18 model before this one is a 23. Big difference in the Ride Command it’s a vast improvement, older version would not take post codes, this one is better than the Nav IV I had on the BMW.
Suspension is better too than the K it’s much plusher but again it’s a different style of bike, the K was a GT so much firmer. It’s a road going sofa but can still be thrown about at pace with confidence.

Aerodynamics not as good as the older version, I might have to look at a different screen as was getting some buffeting, but mine has a Klockwerks screen with a lip but i’m 6’3 and it’s not lifting it over my head. So may go back to the standard one as I don’t recall the issue on my 18 model.

Engine is a stonker, previous RM was a 111 the 116 is noticeably more torquey and has the ride modes too.

Overall I’m delighted with it, it has surpassed my expectations, for the size of it it is really nimble as proven by the hours of filtering I had to do on the M6 on the way home😖

By the way it’s Grimm down south; it’s like a foreign third world country, traffic congestion is awful everywhere and as for the price of a pint 😮.

I love that, looks like an Indian should look. They've made a great job of making the engine look like the old side valves. Just lovely.
