Side stand problem ( opposite to most )

Yes, thanks, I have now started doing this.

I'm saying roll the bike backwards because it's much safer to park with back end facing down hill. Then if the bike moves it wont cause the stand to flip up.

If parking nose down has to be done, then for sure roll into onto the gear backlash. But if it slips a few inches further the stand could easily flip.

My side stand has a puck attached to lengthen. It's a bit too long when the camber is going the wrong way. I could shorten the puck but to avoid that hard haul every time I use the bike, I carry a piece of plywood in the top box to put under a wheel or side stand depending on ground conditions.
