Sorry, I won't be making any for the 11**s.
Sorry, sold out this week!
I will be making some more over the next couple of weeks and will update the thread accordingly, and yes, they will fit an '08.
Any 1150 plans?

Thing is sparkplug I work full time for an employer and anything I can do in my own time is very limited by errmmmm....time! I am currently on a re-stock mission for the 1200's whilst looking into developing one for the 1200WC.
You have noticed the consistency in my answer - have you also noticed how many times I have asked for assistance in the development for 11*0s, only to not see any assistance offered?
I am an ordinary Joe Bloggs kinda guy that just happens to ride a BMW. I have no close connections to BMW in any way, shape or form and so don't have access to all the brand/bike/connections that some others on UKGSer do, therefore I can't just magic an 11*0 onto my property for R&D purposes.
I have continually stated that if anyone would like to send me a sidestand, or a pattern for the 11*0s then I'd look into it. To date it still seems that commitment is only required in one direction, me to 11*0 owners. It takes me a lot more time and investment to buy the materials, develop and machine the finished article than it does for a person to pencil around their footprint and post it off to me with a few extra dimensions.
The only reason I can work on the 1200WC development is because I had use of a courtesy bike and so set about getting the info I required. I am not about to be getting an 11*0 courtesy bike anytime soon and so the owness would always lie with the owners of the 11's to do something proactive in order to get something.
Despite my responses to the 11*0 owners within this thread no one has come up with an 'I can do that for you Jay, just need to find my pencil and pad'. Instead , and the rule by which 'interest' is measured (to me) is by the complete lack of further responses to my request.
If people can't be bothered then it is simple, neither can I!
Sorry if that comes across harsh, but reality often is.

JayC - sorry if my post touched a nerve. It was actually more aimed at the fact that people kept asking you for an 11xx version and you kept saying no - I would have thought that they would have got the hint!
So all you need is a tracing around the base of an 11xx and to know the thickness of the plate?

JayC - sorry if my post touched a nerve. It was actually more aimed at the fact that people kept asking you for an 11xx version and you kept saying no - I would have thought that they would have got the hint!

Apology not necessary Sparkplug, no nerve touched. It may read to a viewer like a nerve has been touched but I guess it's just the way I type. I guess my tell it how it is approach can put people on the back foot but I feel better that way than to make feeble heard it all before excuses.
Ref the pattern, partly correct, I would have needed a trace but as in my previous response a few other measurements would also have been required.
I am not thinking 11s at the moment I'm afraid as I have 1200s to finish and the WC to develop. So, sorry, it is still a 'no' at this time. That doesn't mean I won't look at anything, it just means it's not priority and I would fully understand if 11** owners sourced the item elsewhere, as nothing will be happening yet, or for a while.
