Siemens indicator relay help.

I have the Siemens indicator relay which is running at 21w.
I changed the indicators from the newer gs which are running 5w bulbs. (Now flashing too fast) 21 watt bulbs are unavailable in the smaller size.

Is there a plug and play item i can change the relay for? Or will i have to put inline resistors in every indicator ?
It would have been easy on the older bikes with a 3 pin relay
