Siezed swingarm bolt

So on to the next disaster, Swingarm Bolt siezed solid, any tips anyone( apart from scrap the bloody thing!)

Lots of penetrating fluid, a piece of stout timber and a large mallet.

When shall I bring it round???? Only joking!

I found the best thing to use was a large copper hammer/mallet.
