Site running badly in Chrome?

The last couple of days Google Chrome has been behaving badly on this and other sites, switching to a different browser seems to improve matters, anyone else having this?

same here stewart , i think ie8 has been kicking around in the background somewhere on my puter and conflicting with firefox , been geting problems for about 2 months now . what i did was download firefox 3.5.5 and totally remove i.e.8 then check that firefox was set as my default browser .... things seemed to have calmed down somewhat. i was getting pages not loading and shit like that , it would work for a couple of days then chuck it , i even reformatted and re-installed ie8 but the problem persisted , i got rid of it and switched to firefox and all seems well , however , i think firefox done a browser update last week which caused problems , they then released another update which solved these problems .... this is just my view mucker !! some tech will be along soon to blow my theory right outa the water hope this helps

I am running Chrome and cant say I have noticed any problems.

I currently have ver 3.0.195.32 but its saying an update is available so lets see how it runs once I have updated.........

Fine for me on Chrome although the latest 4.0.223.16 they have cocked up the spell checker and it thinks everything should be spelt with a z
