Six Passes Route - Identification Help

Hi

I have found this route on the internet, named the Six Passes. I have identified 5 of the passes (Reschenpass, Mendelpass, Jaufenpass, Grossglockner, Timmelsjoch) but I am struggling to identify the sixth?
