Project six pot cancelled
I have decided after reading previous posts by Mzokk and fergus,to heed their advice and shelve the six pot idea cos they have had expierience of these calipers.I have none,I don't want to spend a lot of my time and effort fitting these, and they are no good.Just one thing regarding the master cylinder and the amount of fluid needed,Motorworks do the PFM kit six pot calipers/discs/pads/braided lines, don't mention an upgrade on the master cylinder
so it must be ok to work 12 pistons, like someone said the area of the 8 oe pistons must equal the area of the smaller 12 pistons.I am still going to do something with the brakes, most probably find something a little easier to fit,R1/R6!!! calipers.Cheers for the info guys you have saved me a of grief
