Just noticed a slight oil leak on my 2012 adventure , can't see where it is coming from however it is on the left hand side of engine above and behind the throttle bodies, no oil at top of cylinder so it must be directly behind throttle bodies, before I remove the throttle body is there a common issue around this area
Many thanks.

Check the tightness of the Cam chain tensioner, mine was misting from there, common issue apparently.

I managed aged to nip mine up without removing the throttle body, good luck.

Sounds like cam chain tensioner, you need either a 14mm or 17mm socket - size varies dependent on year as they changed the tensioner .

Thanks both, have tried to reach with spanner but could not get to tighten it, will try a socket but looks like I might need to remove the throttle body.
