The bike was build in 1981 but HPN was not involved in Paris Dakar in 1982 or 1983 and the configuration seems a bit odd.

Sounds like another special being palmed off as an original. ALL the works bikes which competed are either in museums or were robbed for bits for the following season and so are no longer anywhere near complete. Complete chancers IMO.
