Hi Guys,

just want to thank ALL of you for your responses.

Finally i met oonyack at skye and we got the bike up on his lifting ramp. What bothered me more was his awful steep driveway. And i wondered how i would get down and turn the bike there ever. But he made it.
We had a look to the bike & cleaned the brakes and it seems to be fine. A big thanks to him and his wife :thumb
Whenever one of you will be in trouble in a area near me at least ooonyack will have my phone numbers...and i will do my best to help you if possible...... or check if you can see my mailadres in the forum. Still some functions are not working for me.
And when you go to the Jockgrim festival again we have to meet (and have some jägermeisters) as this is just 50miles away from my place where i´m livin...

best regards & big thanks...
Lutz

See you somewhere in Scotland... ;)

And it's nice to know that Scottish GS-ers are so friendly and helpful for foreign GS-ers!!! :thumb

Whatever happens Lutz, I hope you enjoy your time in Scotland and I hope you will return.

Enjoy your trip.

I saw him again yesterday :augie

I noticed a wee split pin from a 1200GSA rear caliper on the bench on Saturday night:blast

So zipped into Portree and put it back in.
:blush
