Bike smells like its burning oil, no obvious smoke or leaks.
Last oil change (after many years of doing them) I overfilled it, Not sure if oil can had extra oil or oil cooler did not drain properly. Engine was well drained.
I managed to extract some to make level right after a few days of riding.
Since then bike just smells of burning oil. Everytime I stop, it smells.
Anything I can check / looout for?

I have checked a few times, nothing. also would have burned off by now. Been using bike regularly
:cautious:

Have you spilt some oil on the exhaust or engine ?

No aware anything is blocked. Never had an issue before in dozens of oil changes

Have you checked that none has vented into the air box?

Check/Clean the oil breather pipe that vents into the left cylinder, the hose is under the throttle body and attaches to the cylinder head with a grip clip which you loosen and pull off with a pair of pliers

I've never even heard of that pipe. I have checked the oil cooler (return?) pipe that attaches to left side of the engine with a banjo..

Oil breather clean. (y)

Found a little oil in air box, but right at the bottom. Both pipes to cylinders and were clean. 😏
