I think I've seen the answer to this before but can't find it.

Every time I go to the Post Reply page (or Post New Thread), it comes up with Error on page and however much I click on a Smilie, they just don't work. Apart from that the page seems to work OK.

I've recently "upgarded" to IE7 if that makes a difference.

Any ideas?

Bump.

They still don't work nor the "Quote" option, etc. All I can do is enter text.

I've looked at Internet options. They seem OK but are a bit of a mystery to me.

Found the answer & thought I might post it as it might be helpful to somebody in the future.

Ctrl+F5 does a sort of "hard" refresh and sorts out the cookies, etc. (You can tell I'm technically gifted in this area, can't you?!). Anyway works for me. And just to prove it:
