I'm with AOL (stop laughing at the back)
and along with what seems like a load of other "members", I have a problem with broadband staying connected. One of the AOL helplines solutions is saying that modem they supply struggles to stay connected when the SNR drops below 15.
According to my modems' data, the SNR drop on my line varies between 12 and 14 most of the time.
Can I complain to BT (who have already said there is no problem with the line) or is there anything obvious I can do.
