Hi Dudes,just done a 12000m service inc valves and throttle bodies and cable synch.
The bike runs so much sweeter the valves were way out b£w serviced till now.
The bike ran fine before I serviced it or so I thought,now it feels crisper,no surging at part throttle,it idles better and responds better.
Far less vibration as well.
I only did about 70m but the fuel consumption seems better too.
What it cost me----about £40 parts and consumables,a little time on the site searching for info(brill)and an afternoons labour.
The guy I bought the gs from last october paid £330 at a dealer for the 6000m + 12monthy service.
