I noticed some kind od short whisteling sound when accelerating from front part of engine (I think).
It is present at start of acc. for about a second...then stops.

Any idea, is it usual?

Complete guess..

Hole in airbox or pipework, noise from Induction, loose airbox cover or filter.

It's the Canbus fluid, getting up to temperature

When it stops whistling, you can rev the bike more

I'm using DOT4.7 for my CANBUS. I find the GPS works better, so that could be true. Took me a while to drain out the original BMW spec.

It all depends; if it is the purple colour it can take up to two seconds to disappear; although I have heard it said that the blue one fluctuates high/low for five seconds.
