Chatting with Grant on the tube last night, we thought it would be a good idea to have a Christmas get-together. Grant has an idea for a possible venue, which he’ll check-out. Failing that, if anyone has a slam dunk idea, sing up, please.
This will bring us to the end of the year, for what has been a good bunch of gatherings. If everyone would like to keep it going for 2025, might I suggest, we get the dates into some sort of plan. How about every six weeks, on a rolling basis on a Wednesday or Thursday evening? Is there anyone who cannot make a Wednesday OR Thursday, as they have a standing appointment with Madame Sinn for strict tuition?

The Chrimbo idea is a very good one - there are loads of us in the SE, if you have been wondering whether to come along, why not make the December event the one you choose, and put a few faces to names.

sounds like a good idea. Fixed date in the diary and then at the event we can agree with those present who takes responsibility for setting up the next one. This way we keep it varied.
