A couple of weeks ago I stated in a post that I was unhappy with a service from SLM, Caterham.
I queried wether my gear oil and final drive oil had actually been changed, as this did not feature on my invoice.
Darren got wind of this, and contacted me today, to confirm that the work had been done,.
Also, he offered to have the work done again, FOC, if I so required, for my peace of mind.
Can't say fairer than that.
Restored my faith in SLM.
