Yes, no shortage of spots along the coastline that you could either wild camp or book into a proper campsite.

I've done it all on a motorcycle North to South and some South to North and there were plenty of cyclists doing it fully loaded with luggage so I would say that it definitely appears possible depending on your level of fitness. I like cycling, happy to do 80 - 100 mile days but it didn't look much fun to me.

Yes, there’s plenty of campsites or places you can pitch a tent. We camped a few times when we were house hunting down here. I saw a lot of cycle tourists about this year.
Hmm. I don’t like that schedule as much, arriving into Boulogne at 2130 doesn’t leave much time for beer and moules frites!
I would agree with our esteemed colleague. Many of the roads would be fine there’s also a fair number where the brambles/bushes would scratch the side of the lovely new van to shit. And that’s before you meet a car or tractor. Plus some of the roads down to the sea don’t have enough room at the terminus to turn a big van.

About 600 Miles of the best bits - as dictated by my prejudices. 3 days would be ambitious.
Mizen head, a taste of Sheep's head, Priests leap, Healy pass, Dursey cable car, Ballighabeama & Ballaghoisin, Skellig ring, Valentia island, Slea head, Conor pass, Clare (worth a look especially Black head). Go on, go on, go on, go on, go on.

In fairness a lot of country pubs have closed in the last few years but you’d be amazed where you’d find a wee bar, usually open evenings & weekends
Sometimes you have to know where they are to find them, even if you're looking directly at the main entrance.In Ireland ?

Like this place in Aghahower, Co. Mayo where the bar is in a small room accessed through an unwindowed door next to the shop counter beside the post office desk.
