SP III memory

Anybody know where I can get hold of extra memory cards for my SP III? Going to italy at the weekend and would like to load up the extra maps for the trip - else it's back to paper!

Bought one on ebay a while back. Best get the begging hat on and ask outright if anyone will lend you one

I had my 256mb DATAMEDIA card from www.gpsw.co.uk:thumb
There was a mention the original(Garmin) had too much lead in them and didn't pass the RoSH (??) regulations.

I had a quick look on their site and Garmin ones ARE mentioned. A 256mB card will set you back £101.99 inc vat. A 512mB will cost you £143.98.

As is often in these cases they don't have any in stock but advise a e-mail to them.

I used to have a 128 which came with my "package" from www.gpsw.co.uk but "she" has been moving my stuff around again.

Cheers for the thought Pat but ebay man's in the USA so I don't think the card would get here. Looks like good old maps for me.

I have a 256mb and a 128mb that I no longer need. How about £25 for the 128 and £50 for the 256 including postage.

thanks taffy but I've bitten the bullet on a zumo so I guess I'll be letting the 'pilot go soon.
