Spark Errosion North east

Morning folks, can anyone recommend or know of anywhere in the northeast that offers this service.

Its a long tale which i don't really want to get into on here but currently I need a stud extracting\removing from a front hub. I've tried the normal drilling the center out etc to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.
