Can anyone help please. I recently slid off my R1150GS came down on right hand side. Cause braking on diesel. Only superficial damage.
Got all that fixed and a service. Rode home and all seemed well. Next time I rode the bike I accelerated (quick opening of the throttle) to over take some cars and the engine was missing and would not accelerate.
If it had carbs I would have taken them apart and cleaned them out with my limited mechanical knowledge it seems as though not enough fuel is getting through.
On gentle opening of the throttle the bike accelerates and seems quite happy. Open the throttle quickly and the engine misses.
Any ideas?
