My recent twin cam came with some tired but fully working vario panniers, they have obviously been on and off the bike and as we all know when stored in the garage they get dented and scratched.
So i gave them a good clean up inside and out and tried to take some of the dents out of the aluminum to best i could. I was looking at sticker options and could'nt see anything on the site about folk using these and some on eBay and amazon were up at £50 and i didn't want to risk it not knowing what like they would be and if i could apply them since I'm not the most patient.
Anyway i opted for a set off Ali https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100....order_list.order_list_main.11.60a61802wmMPgx and was pleasantly pleased when they turned up. Nicely packaged and really good quality for a grand outlay of £13
So they aren't bad to fit, i borrowed the better half's hair dryer, warmed up the aluminum and got lining them up. Kept warming the stickers once applied, the curved part isn't great or easy to do as the stickers don't follow the profile, i used a good Stanley blade and cut a few places to help go around but its not great.
Im happy enough with it for the price and it looks better than they did, so worth letting folk know. I should have looked closer as its triple black marked up and mine isn't. There are other options out there but i went on much cheapness...
