Squeaky MRA screen

My MRA screen squeaks! I think it’s due to the plastic/rubber washers that are used with the bolt and hand-screw nut thing that hold the two pieces of the screen together.

Any suggestions for a fix?

Mine squeaks. Stuffed a but of dense foam in a gap and it reduced the squeak. Not enough to impede the airflow though.

Remove the catalyst and fit an exhaust system without baffles?
